Maintenance Log

Every tool has a maintenance log where you can record service, repairs, and routine maintenance.

On the tool’s detail page, scroll to the Maintenance Log section and use the form at the bottom:

  1. Select a type: Maintenance, Repair, or Inspection
  2. Enter a description of what was done
  3. Tap Add Entry

The entry is added to the timeline with today’s date.

Entries appear in reverse chronological order (newest first) with color-coded icons:

  • Blue — Maintenance
  • Orange — Repair
  • Green — Inspection
  • Log maintenance right after you do it — it takes 10 seconds
  • A good maintenance record increases resale value
  • Useful for tracking warranty-voiding modifications
